T R A N S F O R M A T I O N   T U E S D A Y It’s always a little bit cringe looking back at old photos, but this is where I was at the beginning of last year and I think it’s important to look back sometimes to see how far you’ve come and that you’re actually doing ok! Lots changed last year and the best thing that happened was buying our own house and moving out ( and of course getting my little pup). I have much more control over what I eat- if I don’t buy it, I can’t eat it!!  I’m not tempted anymore by cupboards full of treats every evening- thanks Mum, you know I loved it really. I still enjoy treats every now and then, but I have a much more balanced approach and can have a treat then feel satisfied and not feel the need to binge! These photos aren’t just about the physical changes but my mental approach to diet and training.
It’s taken me a while to have this kind of relationship with food and I’ve had ups and downs along the way but I’m feeling like I’m finally getting there. Don’t ever feel like you are struggling on your own- no one is perfect and we are all at different stages in our journey! I’ve been there myself and I know the struggles!! There are no shortcuts, no magic pills (that I see PT’s trying to sell daily) It’s all about making small, achievable changes and forming healthy new habits that will lead to a healthier, fitter and happier life!
