Your Weekly Circuits Session
Attending a weekly fitness class gets you together with like minded people and creates consistency on your fitness journey.
These full-body workouts are focused on burning calories and incorporate weighted and body weight exercises. These exercises are put into a circuit format which raises the heart rate and creates a high-calorie burn.
This class is such good fun and no two weeks will ever the same!
Come along and join us – sessions are for all shapes and sizes and abilities. You’ll always be encouraged to go at a pace that suits your current level of fitness.
